Maumee River Area of Concern

Ohio Sea Grant is known for the development of outstanding curriculum materials for grades 4-12 and for training science educators. They also use their remote field station, Stone Lab, for training teachers and educators about science and policy, climate change, and invasive species. Partners for Clean Streams works for healthy streams and rivers in the Toledo region. They provide volunteer opportunities to engage residents, businesses, agencies, other organization, and students in stewardship opportunities around the Maumee River and Maumee Bay.
